1.Detailed Product Description
This machine belongs to hydraulic three rollers plate rolling machine. It is used to pre-bend and roll the low carbon steel plate and low alloy steel plate to barrel, circular or conical shape in normal temperature.
The two lower rollers as the main drive and the upper roller marking vertical and horizontal movement so that it can finish the end pre-bending work and coiling work at the same machine. The main drive comes from the work of the main motor and the main speed reducer. The upper roller moves vertically by hydraulic drive so that the pressure is powerful and the speed is fast. The upper roller moves horizontally by mechanical transmission, both the speed and efficiency are high.
The upper roller will be in an asymmetrical position compared with the two lower rollers when the upper roller moves horizontally. In this state, the ends of the plate can be pre-bended by the direct pressure on the upper roller. Operators can set the length of the straight edge freely.
Due to the standard height of the two lower rollers, it is convenient to feeding and operating. The products of excellent accuracy can be obtained from continuous rolling and end pre-bending of high precision. Hydraulic overturned device makes the efficiency enhanced greatly.

When the upper roller is doing pressure work, the lower rollers run at the same time. The products of excellent accuracy can be obtained from continuous rolling and end pre-bending of high precision. The end pre-bending of the plate is directly enhance pressure and pre-bending, avoiding appearing the dorsal horn of anterior bending, and can control the length and shape of the remaining straight edge.
General non-symmetric three-roll form using the anterior bending. First, make pre-bending work on the two ends of the plate. Then coil the plate to be circular shape, it needs skilled employees, the products appearing the dorsal horn phenomenon, and the shape of remaining straight edge is difficult to control.

The movement of upper roller adopts synchronization electro-hydraulic combination and the feedback system, automatic leveling. The fuel tanks trip of the upper roller is tested by the rotary encoder, compared by the controller, high and low to the programmable logic controller to control the roll at both ends of the electromagnetic solenoid valve, relatively continuous to feedback and compare.
